Since its founding in 1977, NCIA, a 501(c) (3) corporation, has been working on behalf of intellectually disabled adults and youth and other disadvantaged populations in Maryland.

To date, NCIA’s programs and professional services have positively impacted more than 20,000 people – the majority of whom live below the critical poverty level and are unable to receive services from other human service providers due to the severity of their disabilities.

With continued support from foundations, corporations, government agencies, and individuals, NCIA is able to provide individualized and specialized services to those in need.

Your contribution makes a difference in supporting programs that offer education, job training, life skills, and employment opportunities to youth and adults with intellectual disabilities.
