Driver

 

Seeking several Part-Time Drivers for the following two openings:

 

Youth in Transition School {5am to-8am} & {2:30pm to 6pm} Monday thru Friday.   

Drivers are responsible for picking up and deliver special education students to and from school. The ideal candidate must love bad knock-knock jokes, appreciate broken science fair projects, and have the ability to have patience to deal with the population in which we serve. A genuine, caring attitude toward youth and adults. Trust is the most important contract we have with parents, and school districts, so felony convictions or incarcerations are disqualifying events

Or Career Development Center {6am to-9am & 2pm to-6pm)  Monday thru Friday

Drivers are responsible for fulfilling all transportation needs as directed by the Director or designee. Drivers are to ensure vans have current documentation such as registration, insurance cards and accident forms. Obeying all state laws concerning cell phones usage while operating the vehicle. All incidents, violations or suspensions must be reported immediately and all protocols and procedures must be followed. They are also responsible for following all traffic and corporate regulations. Follow protocols relating to documenting accurate data daily regarding mileage, destination, and passengers on the transportation logs

Qualifications:, you must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, no more than 1 point,  three years of driving experience and be able to pass a background investigation and a drug test.

Education /Experience: High School diploma or GED or 6 months to 2 years related. Experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
