I am writing to inform each of you that as we continue supporting our individuals during the Pandemic/COVID outbreak, we will only be granting limited number of leave requests and under no exception will we grant more than five (5) consecutive days in any four week interval to Residential Services staff supporting our homes. Any and all factors such as the number of employees requesting leave from a residential home will be reviewed and considered based on the order of the request as submitted through Paycom. Leave time will be granted only if we are able to maintain operational coverage, stability and staff scheduling within each home.

I appreciate each one of you for your continued efforts and support to the individuals in our homes during this difficult period. I am confident that in time, all operations will return to normal. In the meantime, I apologize in advance for any inconveniences this may cause.
