NCIA Chief Operating Officer, Carole Argo, said “NCIA continues to improve the professionals that work in the organization. With the high quality staff and programs that are currently in place the growth of the company is an exciting opportunity to bring in our first ever professional facilities manager and create higher quality communications”.
