With eager attitudes, a large group of our individuals gathered with excitement to enter Hershey Park for a day full of thrills, chills and of course Chocolate! Since Hershey Park is known for its attractions, waterpark, shows, and delicious chocolate, it’s no wonder that our individuals couldn’t resist the sweet temptation to visit this amusement park for the day. What other amusement park can you go to, that has chocolate around every corner?
We learned how chocolate is made at Hershey’s Chocolate Factory, and was surprised with a free kiss at the end (a Hershey Kiss that is).
Then it was off to the park, where rollercoasters soared up to 200 feet in the air and up to 75 miles per hour! Woah! You could hear screams from far away, including screams of joy as some of our individuals conquered the tallest and fastest rollercoasters in the park. Man, they sure were brave. By the end of the day, all the rides in the park had been conquered.
What a wonderful day of adventure!
