Research Studies and Reports

Whether it involves crime rates, the effectiveness of prevention and treatment programs, recidivism rates, or the value of deterrence, responsible criminal justice research is essential to the formulation of sound social policies. Since 1977, NCIA has provided some of the most significant and definitive research in the criminal justice field. Below is a sample of the studies and reports conducted by NCIA.
