For 30 years, NCIA has provided individual care, concern, and treatment
to children and adults who experience mental, behavioral, and emotional
challenges, and to individuals involved in the criminal justice
system.
To date, NCIA’s programs and professional services have positively
impacted more than 15,000 people – the majority of whom are
unable to receive services from other human service providers due
to the severity of their disabilities and who also live below the
critical poverty level.
With continued support from foundations, corporations, government
agencies, and individuals, we are able to provide better programs
to more people in need of our services.
NCIA has established invaluable relationships with philanthropic
foundations, corporations, local businesses, and community groups.
The support received from these generous partners, including monetary
and in-kind donations, knowledge and advice, has made it possible
for us to expand and strengthen our programs for people with mental
disabilities.
