At NCIA, we’ve assisted over 2,000 individuals in acquiring certifications in CDL, HVAC, and automotive mechanics, paving the way for sustainable careers and renewed confidence.
As Executive Director Walter Billips shares, “These are individuals who have acknowledged the mistakes they made; they no longer want to be part of those systems that got them into those second-chance situations.”
