WMAR Baltimore featured NCIA’s Career Development Center and our volunteers who helped plant trees in the Towson area. NCIA partners with Blue Water Baltimore, and these volunteer opportunities help provide our participants with life and job skills. Our participants learn to collaborate and build confidence as they prepare for the workforce.
