NCIA is proud to announce that Eric Brown, Program Director of its Baltimore Vocational Training Center (VTC), has been named a 2026 Emerging Leader by The Baltimore Banner. The Banner’s Emerging Leaders program highlights rising leaders making a measurable impact in Baltimore. This year’s 15 honorees were selected by a committee of Banner staff and community leaders through a competitive nomination process.
