Spectrum News 1 Featured NCIA’s Vocational Training Center in Charlotte, NC during Second Chance Month. The coverage illustrated the importance of vocational training and support for individuals after incarceration. Myreo Johnson and Zachary Marthers, current NCIA students, were previously incarcerated and joined NCIA to turn their lives around. By gaining job, career, and life skills through the VTC, Johnson and Marthers are bettering their lives and illustrating the power of training and commitment to lead to a fulfilling life.
