Eric Brown, VTC Baltimore Program Director, and Samuel Hoyte, VTC HVAC alumni, were featured on WBAL-TV 11 for April’s Second Chance Month. The coverage discusses the opportunities that citizens have after incarceration and how they can change their lives through vocational training and learning life skills. Samuel Hoyte speaks on his experience with the program and urges people who were in his position to move towards creating a successful and fulfilling life for themselves.
