September is Workforce Development Month, and NCIA’s Vocational Training Center (VTC) contributes significantly to Baltimore’s workforce through training in HVAC, CDL, and automotive repair. Our VTC has many partnerships, including one with Dunbar High School. The Fall 2026 VTC cohort has three Dunbar High School graduates who found the program right out of high school and decided to get their HVAC certifications together.
